MEPIS stuff

MEPIS is my main OS for our desktops and laptops. It's a great user-friendly distro that has the stability and simplicity of setup that I need for my main axe's. I have written a guide for new users of Linux which is specifically MEPIS-oriented. You can download this guide here:

This guide has been published under a Creative Commons attribution-noncommercial-sharealike 3.0 license.

This means (in a nutshell) you can make copies, post it on your website, send it to your Aunt Myrtle, rewrite it for your favorite distribution, parody it, quote it, or do whatever else you feel like as long as (1) you give appropriate credit to the original author, (2) you don't sell it or put it to commercial uses, and (3) you license any derivative works under the same CC license.
